How long does it take to process & deliver an order?

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation & delivery takes 4-7 working days depends on your location

What are the shipping charges for orders?

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1,000. For orders below this amount, shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

What is SARALATA's return policy?

Returns are accepted for damaged products, wrong items, or incorrect color delivered.  The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

How can I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, contact us at care@saralata.com or +919084659332 with your order details and reason for return, along with unboxing photos & video as proof.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds will be issued in wallet credit within 7 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

Is COD available?

No, we do not provide COD facility.
