1. Return & Refund Policy – Saralata

Effective Date: 21st September 2025

At Saralata, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully.

Returns Accepted For:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Wrong color delivered

Conditions for Return:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Photos & videos must be taken during unboxing as proof.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued in wallet credit only.

  • Wallet credit will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.

  • Return shipping will be borne by Saralata.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of placement.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  2. Share your unboxing photos & videos as proof.
